太阳能中央热水系统是有集热器、保温水箱、控制系统、自动上水控制箱、循环泵、管路配件等有机组合而成的集热供水系统。它是由集热器收集太阳能辐射转换成热能，把冷水变成热水；自动上水控制箱实现自动上水，并通过调节控制系统达到：温差循环—提高集热效率；管道循环—打开水嘴即出热水；24小时恒温供水；恒压供水（≤0.6Mpa）；防冻装置—冬季照常使用。
整个系统自动运行，使用安全，维护方便。组合式结构，可根据用水量、安装场地、用户需求来进行灵活的排列组合。一般为横排式（KNGC-01）和竖排式（KNGC-02）两种。保温水箱内设有电加热装置，根据用户需要和实际情况，电加热功率可以适当增减，满足阴雨天及冬季用热水的要求，实现光电互补，也可以采用空气源热泵辅助加热，（现较流行的一种组合）进行微电脑智能化控制，确保全天侯供应足量的热水。
The solar energy centralized heat watersystem consists of heat collector, heat preservation water tank, control system, automatic water feeding control tank, circulation pump, pipes and fittings. The heat collector collects solar radiation energy and transfers it into heat energy so cold water is transferred into hot water; the automatic water feeding control tank feeds water automatically then reaches by adjusting control system as follows: temperature difference circulation—rising up heat collection efficiency; circulation in pipes— hot water comes out when open the faucet; electric heating at fixing time and temperature—supply hot water at constant temperature; supply water in 24 hours at constant temperature; supply water at constant pressure (≤0.6Mpa); anti-freezing device—it can be used in winter as usual.
The whole system operates automatically so it is safe application and easy maintenance. The combined structure can be flexibly arranged by customer depending on volume of consumed water, installation field and customer’s demand. Normally it has lateral style (KNGC-01) and vertical style (KNGC-02). The heat preservation water tank is equipped with electric heating device and its power can be suitably increased or decreased as per actual condition and customer’s demand to meet requirement of hot water supply in rainy days or in winter thus to realize optical/electric complementation, alternatively it can be heated by air source heat pump and controlled intelligently by microcomputer to ensure supply of enough hot water all the day. |
